C.A.R. FOKKUS-I.F.N., with CIF 11299774, is an institution that provides mutual aid financial services for its members, with headquarters in Târgu Secuiesc, str. Molnár Józsiás, no. 2, block 1, ground floor, Covasna county, Romania and is registered with ANSPDCP as a personal data operator, with registration number 4153/2007.
Type of data processed
The personal data processed by C.A.R. FOKKUS-I.F.N. include, without being limited to: first and last name, personal numeric code, identity document series and number, phone number, home/correspondence address, signature, parents' first names, workplace/retiree status, citizenship, email address and biometric data (facial characteristics) resulting from video surveillance belonging to the security system.
Do we share your personal data with other recipients?
To provide you with the most competitive services, to execute the transactions you initiate, to fulfill legal obligations that fall to us or for other legitimate purposes, we may transmit your personal data to public authorities, judicial bodies, notary offices, the Federation of Mutual Aid Houses in Romania, the IT software company and other mutual aid houses affiliated with FEDCAR, always ensuring that we establish guarantees.
How long do we process your personal data?
We process personal data during membership and the contractual relationship. After that relationship ends, we retain the data for at least the periods required by applicable legal obligations, including archiving requirements.
Your rights
You can request information regarding the processing activities of your personal data
You can rectify inaccurate personal data or complete them
You can obtain the erasure of data if their processing was not lawful or in other cases provided by law
You can request the restriction of processing if you contest the accuracy of the data, as well as in other cases provided by law
You can object, in particular, to data processing based on our legitimate interest
You can receive, under certain conditions, the personal data you provided to us in a machine-readable format or request that such data be transmitted to another operator
You can lodge a complaint regarding the processing of personal data with the National Authority for the Supervision of Personal Data Processing
When processing is based on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing. Processing necessary under a contract or a legal obligation may continue on that basis.
Regarding automated decisions: you can request and obtain human intervention regarding that processing, you can express your own point of view and you can contest the decision
